The Steak & Grill is a cozy little cafe situated near Central Park, FE Block, Salt Lake Sector 3.
From the well spaced tables, to the unique wall graffiti, to the filament bulb decor, to the soft lovely music, to the friendly staffs, there is something very relaxing and comforting about this cafe.
Now coming to the food part, I found the menu to be highly value for money.
We started with Bacon Wrapped Prawns. Our all time favorite starter in this joint you can say. The presentation of this dish is very lucrative and so is the taste.
Spicy Mutton Meatballs is something not for the faint hearted. Its really hot and spicy but soft and succulent at the same time.

As in the name, this joint is famous for its steaks but our favorite in the main course is the Factory Mixed Grill Sizzler. A sizzler containing chicken, mutton, prawn, sausage, mushroom, topped with a perfectly done egg poach, french fries and sauted veggies.
Not trying steaks in Steak and Grill is a crime. So we tried Ham steak and Tenderloin Steak and both of them were awesome. They were served with French fries and sauted veggies.
We have visited this place 4 times and we recommend the next two dishes to everyone.
Pot Roasted Mutton and Lamb Ragout. The mutton and the lamb are tender, juicy and literally melts in the mouth. The pot roasted mutton is accompanied with butter rice and boiled vegetables while the lamb ragout comes with french fries and sauted vegetables.

Since we had way too much protein and felt like carnivores, we decided to have dessert and ordered Chocolate Monte-Carlo. We would have rated it 4.5 for the taste but the presentation made us add an extra .5 to the rating scale. We won’t go into details about this item but would highly recommend everyone to try Chocolate Monte-Carlo. One dish is good enough for two person.
